How do I place an order?
Browse and select products through the LSTCart platform.
Add items to your cart and enter quantity within allowed limits.
Spin the discount wheel (mandatory at least once) to apply system-generated discounts.
Review your cart and place the order to generate a unique Order ID.
Our support team may contact you for confirmation, or you may reach us via email, WhatsApp, or phone.
Track your order status (Confirmed / Billed / Cancelled / Delivered) from your dashboard.
Is the discount wheel compulsory?
Yes. At least one spin is mandatory per product/order to unlock a system-generated discount. Skipping may impact applicable pricing benefits.
Can I modify or cancel an order?
Orders can be cancelled only before the status changes to "Billed."
Cancellation can be done via Order History (self-service), or through support team confirmation.
Once billed, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.
Cancelled orders will result in loss of applied discounts and reward points.
What payment methods are accepted?
Cheque (current/post-dated for credit partners)
Cash
UPI / NEFT / IMPS / RTGS
Demand Draft (DD)
Debit Card (via PoS machine)
How are reward points calculated?
Points are assigned per product based on predefined criteria.
Points may vary across product categories.
Points are visible before placing the order.
What is the status of reward points?
Pending Points: After order placement
Confirmed Points: After full payment clearance
Cancelled Points: If order is cancelled or payment is not completed
When do I become eligible for rewards?
Only after full payment clearance.
Points are finalized after the scheme period ends.
Rewards are distributed post verification within the defined timeline.
What happens if payment is delayed?
Points may remain pending or be cancelled.
Rewards eligibility may be revoked.
The company reserves the right to cancel benefits or participation.
Are offline orders eligible?
No. Only orders placed through the LSTCart platform are eligible for scheme benefits.
Can reward points be transferred or converted to cash?
No. Points and rewards are non-transferable.
They cannot be converted into cash unless explicitly stated.
